Adult Theatre Group (18 yrs and over) - Lowther Pavilion & Gardens

Learn new skills, meet new people, and be inspired in a welcoming and supportive environment. Sessions explore a wide range of techniques including script work, trust exercises, acting for camera, writing, improvisation, devising, and performing to an invited audience. Led by regular tutor Hellen Kirby, a professional actor working across theatre and television, who also teaches for drama schools and theatres. People join for many reasons: to make friends, try something new, build confidence, or develop and refresh existing theatre skills. No previous experience is required and there are no auditions-everyone is welcome.
