The Ground Floor is a live event built around the ideas, stories, and conversations that matter most, mental health, resilience, growth, empowerment and what it truly means to keep going. Bringing together some of the UK’s most powerful voices alongside live entertainment, this is a space designed to inspire, move, and connect.

Nasreen Ali (Nasreen.Therapy) is a psychotherapist and founder of Home of Healing, whose work has touched lives far beyond the walls of her practice. Burnley born and community rooted, she has built something this town has never seen before ‘The Ground Floor’ because she believed that the right room, with some of the most powerful voices, could change the direction of someone’s life. This September she brings that vision home with speakers from Dublin, London, Manchester, and Burnley. 

And because every great event deserves a moment that takes your breath away, we are proud to welcome the talented dance and performance students of Burnley College to the stage. Expect energy, artistry, and a reminder that the next generation of performers is already here.
