Madame Tussauds Blackpool welcomes Michael Bublé
Visitors to Madame Tussauds Blackpool will be Feeling Good this summer as they come face to face with a wax figure of global superstar Michael Bublé.
The lifelike figure of the Canadian singer‑songwriter will take up residence at the Promenade attraction from Monday 15 June to Monday 31 August, giving fans the chance to get up close to one of music’s smoothest voices.
Ahead of his arrival at the attraction, the figure has already been turning heads around Lytham, where Bublé himself will perform at TK Maxx presents Lytham Festival on Friday 3 July.
Lytham Town Crier Kila Redfearn welcomed him to the town with an official declaration while members of the Friends of Lytham Railway Station were on hand to offer a warm greeting.
Janine Marshall, General Manager at Madame Tussauds Blackpool, said: “Lytham Festival attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year, so this felt like the perfect moment to welcome the Michael Bublé figure to Blackpool for the very first time.”
To celebrate the partnership with Lytham Festival, guests visiting Madame Tussauds Blackpool between 17-21 June will also have the chance to win free tickets to the festival, by finding the golden tickets hidden throughout the attraction. There will be one set of tickets given away each day.
Lytham Festival co-founder Peter Taylor said: “We’re delighted to welcome Michael Bublé to Lytham ahead of his headline show here in just a few weeks’ time.
“This is going to be a fantastic night for the festival so it’s great to work with Madame Tussauds Blackpool on making this moment happen. It creates a brilliant stir when these things are possible and let’s face it, who wouldn’t expect to see Michael Bublé wandering around Lytham on a weekday?”
As the internationally acclaimed master of jazz, swing and smooth vocals, Bublé will be honoured with a prime spot in the A‑List Party room, joining an impressive line‑up of stars including Dwayne Johnson, Beyoncé, and Lady Gaga.
Tickets to Madame Tussauds Blackpool start from £15, with up to 50% off available for Fylde Coast residents.
