Aven trials new lunch for diners short on time but big on taste

Preston's only fine dining restaurant introduces a new two course lunch designed for busy professionals, catch ups with friends and anyone wanting the Aven experience without the time commitment.

Aven Restaurant has announced the launch of its new 2 course midweek Lunch, on a trial basis during August, available Thursday and Friday from 12pm–2pm, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the restaurant's award-winning cooking in a more time-conscious format.

Known for its immersive tasting menu experience, Aven has built a reputation as one of the North West's leading dining destinations. Now, for the first time, guests can enjoy a shorter lunchtime experience without compromising on the quality, creativity and hospitality the restaurant has become known for.

Priced at £39 per person, the 2 course Lunch includes Aven's signature spent grain bread, a main course and dessert, making it an ideal choice for business lunches, client meetings, celebrations or those simply looking to enjoy exceptional food during a busy day.

It’s also the perfect introduction to Aven for first time guests who may not have previously considered the full tasting menu.

For guests wanting to make the experience a little more indulgent, Aven's much loved Lancashire Butter Pie is also available as an optional addition.

The new menu also offers an approachable introduction to fine dining for first time visitors, as well as families making the most of the summer holidays and older children keen to explore more adventurous dining without committing to the full tasting menu experience. It delivers the same attention to detail and seasonal ingredients that define every Aven experience, in a more flexible format.

Since opening, Aven has firmly established itself as Preston's only fine dining restaurant, earning recognition from the AA, Michelin Guide, Good Food Guide and SquareMeal, while proudly showcasing the very best produce Lancashire has to offer.
