Join Jo Clements for an engaging exploration of an artistic practice and career spanning more than 20 years that has included working as a couture milliner, the educational director of an arts organisation, university lecturer, getting a PhD and more recently as an artists coach, whilst managing to maintain a multi-disciplinary arts practice.
In showing her archives and recent artworks she will present a humorous take on the highs and lows from her career and in doing so will present some strategies for coping with disappointments, accolades and the expectations that artists experience both from themselves and the artworld.
Networking will follow this talk.
