A day of wellness and wellbeing, of learning, and of fulfilment for the heart, soul and body. After the excess and stress of the festive season, why not come along to the Whitaker for a fun and informative day of inspiring exercise, mindfulness and great food and drink? This would make a unique, thoughtful Christmas present for all those interested in health and wellbeing. Places are strictly limited and early booking is advised to avoid disappointment; please note that tickets for this event must be booked in advance.
The day will begin with a warm welcome, with registration from 9.45am. Throughout the day, participants will attend four sessions as detailed below; the sessions will be split into small groups and all participants will have the opportunity to take part in every session. The day, which aims to conclude at approximately 4pm, with a delicious vegan lunch and refreshments being served.
Each participant will enjoy the following sessions throughout the day, as well as time to speak to session leaders and others attending the workshop:
