The dictionary defines wellbeing as the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy - how this is achieved may vary for different people at different times in your life. With the pressures of homeworking/schooling and limitations on some of our normal activities it’s easy to loose balance. But now is a great opportunity to be learning new skills and trying new things! We have put together a whole day of sessions for you and all the family, and we hope you are able to take some time out to rebalance.
