Step into a world of wonder and delight with Santa's Grotto Experience, where the magic of Christmas comes to life.
Cheerful elves greet you with warm smiles and festive tunes as you collect your very own Grotto Passport and step onto Candy Cane Lane to begin your festive woodland adventure. Meet Rudolph the character as you arrive. Available during daytime slots, Monday to Friday throughout November.
Spot the hidden red noses as you follow the glowing path through the trees and complete interactive games and activities along the way. Before meeting Santa, visit Festive Point to collect reindeer dust and write your Christmas wish list. When you reach Santa's cozy grotto, enjoy a personal meet and greet with the big man himself. Present your completed passport for a special Santa stamp.

Meet and greet with Rudolph (weekday, daytime slots in November).
Festive selfie spots and photo opportunities.

You are recommended to arrive at The Island up to 30 minutes before your selected time to begin your magical journey through the festive woodland.
Please note: every time slot allows for one family group to meet Santa together.
