In this heritage talk, you'll learn about the Larks of Dean, a collective of musicians, arrangers and composers who were active in Rossendale in the 18th Century. They played as a group at Goodshaw Baptist Chapel whilst also carrying their instruments across the moors and giving impromptu performances to locals out walking.
Through examining their manuscripts and other associated memorabilia, you'll learn about the history of this fascinating local group.
