In true old school cinema style, we will be showing a series of Rossendale + Wakes themed shorts from the Lancashire film archive, along with Horse + Bamboo's Different Moons Animations before showing the main feature Whistle Down The Wind, this classic black and white film set in Rossendale and starring Hayley Mills who finds a strange man hiding in the family barn and after a confusing exchange decides along with her siblings and friends he must be Jesus!
