A 6 weeks Arts Award Explore After school club | Stop Motion Animation Workshop
Arts Award is a fun and practical course that complements the National Curriculum and is accredited by Trinity College London. It offers children and young people aged 5-25 the chance to get creative, discover new and inventive ways to explore the arts and find inspiration through imagination.
Stop Motion Animation Workshop
Ever fancied making your own little piece of stop motion wonder, but were never sure where to start? Well, luckily for you Horse + Bamboo's resident animation extraordinaire and craft Technician Andy is on hand to help you make such a dream a reality!
Andy is responsible for a lot of in house animation at Horse + Bamboo. Recent examples of work you may have seen from him include our recent Christmas Show.
Within this workshop, you will learn the basics of stop motion animation, and together with other participants, create a collaborative small piece from everyone's shared ideas and creativity over the 6 weeks.
The 'Arts Award Explore' workshop means your child will receive an accredited certificate at the end for their participation
