Last night four of Lancashire’s Gastropubs were named and celebrated as part of this year's Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs in the UK!

The list, voted for by industry experts and food critics, celebrates the very best of the UK’s drinking and dining establishments and once again Lancashire shone brightly.

Here is everything you need to know about this year's winners.

The Parkers Arms (7)

Proudly appearing in the top ten once again is The Parkers Arms Clitheroe. This historical rural inn is located in a National Landscape and offers award-winning modern British classics using the finest regional produce in a very special way.

The Rum Fox (9)

Officially named this year's Highest New Entry, it's a fantastic result for The Rum Fox as they firmly mark the spot in this year's top ten. This rural little gem is nestled in the foodie paradise of the Ribble Valley offering the finest food and drink, with the emphasis on the seasonal, local and surprising.

Just missing out on the top 50, The White Swan at Fence really is a pub like no other. The small lively local pub serves great food, great wine and Timothy Taylors award winning real ales. Nestled in the Pendle countryside, this Michelin-starred restaurant is a very special place, serving the very best food, the finest drinks and doing everything they can to make people feel at home.
