Lytham 1940s Weekend
Lytham Green
16th – 17th August

Lytham relives the 1940s wartime era with a weekend of forties singing, dancing, weapons displays, historic vehicles, military charities, vintage traders and so much more. The entertainment marquee situated on Lytham Green has two days of free entertainment from 10am to 5pm each day. There will also be military vehicles, music and dance on the Mussel Tanks (weather permitting) adjacent to the Promenade with a resident forties DJ, plus dancing in Clifton Square too.

Farm Nights X Calf Feeding at Mrs Dowsons

Unwind under the stars at farm nights. Soak up the tranquil vibes of the countryside with live acoustic music, crackling firepits and hearty farm fresh food.  Stroll through the farm at your own pace, meet friendly animals and enjoy a hands-on experience with adorable calves.  This adults-only evening offers the chance to bottle-feed the youngest residents in a calm, peaceful setting.

Gorilla Encounters with Face Painting
Affinity Lancashire

Come along for some AMAZING Gorilla Encounters here at Affinity Lancashire. The gorillas will be appearing at the centre at 12'noon, 1pm. 2pm and 3pm, and each appearance lasts 30 minutes giving you plenty of chance to take photos. There's free face painting on the day too between 11am and 4pm.

Preston City Wrestling is once again, returning to the Flag Market for its eleventh year. A great spectacle of match brawls outside in the summer sun, with a colourful display of strength and competitiveness.  Fighters will duke it out for the belt of glory.
