Hickory's Smokehouse Hutton

Born from a road trip across America’s Southern States, we learnt all things smokin’ from the best pitmasters across the region. Our menu is the result of 25 trips to over 80 towns and cities across the Southern States and counting. From smokehouse classics and barbecue favourites, all served up by a team of passionate pitmasters, brilliant bartenders and sensational servers - we’re all about rolling out that warm Southern hospitality! 

 

Let’s Brunch  

Brunch has got to be the most fun and certainly the most sociable meal of the day.  

There are few things more enjoyable than a long leisurely meal eating great food with someone you love. The Americans seem to understand this more than most, & the Southern States in particular make it a real event. Our brunch menu has something for everyone, from Southern States to twists on classics, plus a couple of stacked showstoppers. Add freshly brewed coffee or something chilled from the bar, and you’ve got brunch - Hickory’s style. 

Served every day until 2pm 

 

A Taste of the South 

Authenticity is absolutely key for us and that starts with our smokers. Anything good is worth waiting for, right? Our Authentic grain-fed brisket is smoked for up to 16 hours in our ‘Ole Hickory’ Smokers from Missouri & our Southern Pride smokers from Tennessee. These smokers the heart of our restaurants, so be sure to make a pitmasters day & ask for a tour next time you join us! 

Our Smokehouse selection is cooked low ‘n’ slow, bringing out deep, authentic flavours inspired by the American South.  

It takes more than a smoker to make our meat fall-off the-bone tender though. It’s the skill and passion of our pitmasters who have all been trained in the art of barbecue. At Hickory’s we have a saying... “Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear aprons.” And our pitmasters are our heroes. 

Our Smokehouse menu celebrates exactly this. Think stacked trays, platters for when you want a bit of everything, and traditional authentic staples you’d find in any Smokehouse in the states. 

Not in the mood for something smoked? No problem. You’ll also find comforting classics, lighter options and plenty of variety across the menu - so everyone leaves happy. 

And whatever you do… don’t skip over the appetisers and desserts. Trust us, they’re worth saving room for!

What better way to celebrate the end of the week & say "Thank Hicks it's Friday" than listening to the sounds of the Deep South with a drink (or two) in hand! 

Think £6 cocktails mixed to perfection, a pint of Driftaway IPA for just £4, a glass of wine for only £5, and the ultimate Southern classic non-alcoholic for a sweet £3.
