Get ready for a day of unforgettable family fun as Wanderland returns to Poulton‑le‑Fylde this summer for its third year. Taking place on Saturday 25 July at Cottam Hall Playing Fields, this much‑loved festival, presented by Wyre Council, is set to be bigger and better than ever.

Wanderland has fast become a beloved highlight for families across Wyre and beyond, and this year’s festival offers a truly fuss‑free day out, with all entertainment and activities included in the ticket price – making it an affordable and fun experience for the whole family.

A Star‑Studded Line‑Up of Live Entertainment

At the heart of Wanderland is an exciting programme of live performances throughout the day, guaranteed to delight visitors of all ages.

Little ones will be thrilled to see Peppa Pig, who will take to the stage with a series of interactive shows designed for families to enjoy together. Fans of music and dance won’t want to miss the high‑energy K‑Pop Superstars tribute show, bringing the global K‑Pop phenomenon to life with vibrant choreography, catchy hits and a dazzling stage presence that will have everyone dancing along.

Prepare to be amazed by the Black Eagles, a breathtaking African acrobatic and dance troupe renowned for their jaw‑dropping stunts, powerful routines and incredible skill. Adding even more excitement, there will be meet‑and‑greet sessions with both Peppa Pig and the K‑Pop Superstars throughout the day, creating magical moments and photo opportunities to remember.

Theatre, Characters and Unexpected Surprises

Away from the main stage, Wanderland is packed with surprises around every corner. Visitors can enjoy two fantastic mini‑theatre experiences, including Daft as a Brush, a playful, interactive circus show bursting with clowning chaos, and Desert Island Discs, a charming one‑man performance set on a tiny tropical island stage.

As you wander the festival, keep your eyes peeled for special character appearances, with Moana and Cinderella joining the fun. You might also encounter a giant roaming dinosaur, spot Ironman and Captain America showing off their skills, or stop to watch a joyful bubble act creating smiles across the site.

Hands‑On Fun for All Ages

Wanderland is designed to be as interactive as it is entertaining. Budding performers can try their hand at plate‑spinning, juggling, diablo and hula‑hooping in the circus skills area, while football fans can test their shooting skills at the penalty shoot‑out with Poulton FC.

The Animal Roadshow offers a fascinating chance to meet a variety of weird and wonderful feathered and furry creatures, while thrill‑seekers can take on the 70‑foot inflatable assault course. Younger visitors will love the inflatable play zone, and there’s also free face painting, craft stalls, selfie stations and plenty more to enjoy.

A great selection of food and drink concessions will be available throughout the day, plus a bar for adults to relax and unwind.

Make the Most of Your Visit

Why not turn your day at Wanderland into a full summer adventure?

After the festival, head into nearby Poulton town centre, where you’ll find a fantastic choice of independent bars, cafés and restaurants. Whether you’re looking for a laid‑back family meal, a celebratory drink or somewhere to continue the evening with friends, Poulton offers a warm and lively atmosphere just moments from the festival site.

Alternatively, take a short trip to the neighbouring seaside town of Cleveleys. Stroll along the promenade, watch the sun set over the Irish Sea and treat yourself to some classic fish and chips by the coast — the perfect way to wind down after a fun‑filled day.
