Café at Walterz is warming up winter days and nights in sizzling style with an exciting New Menu from renowned local chef Nathan Shaw that’s jam-packed with flavour and fun.
Nathan and his talented team have whipped up a whole host of new foodie favourites at the popular dining hotspot in Staining – from fluffy golden pancakes piled high and infused with flavours ranging from zesty lemon, fresh blueberry and banana to velvety white chocolate and pistachio; to a crispy Korean Chicken Burger with spicy Gochujang sauce and yuzu mayonnaise, and an irresistible Knickerbocker Sundae with rich treacle toffee ice cream, brownie pieces and toffee popcorn - pure joy in a glass! Every dish is a nod to good times and shared experiences from morning bites to evening delights.
Think brunch classics reimagined, indulgent treats that hit the sweet spot, and global street food energy with a Blackpool-born twist, all carefully crafted with locally sourced quality ingredients and a generous pinch of personality to light up everyone’s life as the dark nights draw in.
Early birds can dive into the brand-new Breakfast Menu available from 9am to noon featuring everything from silky smooth Eggs Benedict and crispy Corned Beef Hash Croquettes to a tempting traditional Ringmaster full English – a perfect wake-up call before a day of fun by the seaside.
Looking for Lunch with all the gang? Highlights include juicy Double Cheese Burgers, tasty Grilled Rarebit Cheesed Toasties, Sweet Chilli Tuna Melts and Salt and Pepper Broccolini, while for dessert, indulgent Deep Fried Oreos and that must-have Knickerbocker Sundae round out the feast.
Don’t want to stop the fun as the day turns into night? Nathan’s Gaming Menu is delivered right into the Hub of Walterz Entertainment Centre, serving up everything from sizzling homemade Sliders and tempting Tasting Platters to Piggy Fries topped with the chef’s signature Baconaise and crispy Macaroni Cheese Bites.
Think retro street eats with a modern twist - loaded fries, buttermilk chicken tenders and secret sauces made from scratch you’ll want to bottle and take home, including Nathan’s famous Maple Chipotle Hot Sauce to pack an extra punch.
“This new menu is all about feelgood food,” says Nathan. “It’s designed to make people smile. It’s fun, bold and full of flavour with familiar favourites taken to the next level with our own creative spin. Think street food meets fairground joy and every dish has its own little surprise. It’s the food everyone knows and loves, just reimagined.”
