Mitton, Lancashire – Chef Nigel Haworth and The Three Fishes, renowned for its commitment to exceptional British farm-to-fork cuisine, proudly presents Fusion 2, a week-long culinary festival that brings together world-class chefs in a dynamic celebration of fusion cooking. Running from 13th–19th October 2025 in the picturesque Ribble Valley, the event will also raise vital funds for Hospitality Action, supporting those in need across the hospitality industry.
Guests can look forward to an extraordinary line-up of acclaimed, Michelin-starred chefs from the UK and beyond, each presenting their signature global flavours through innovative techniques and creative storytelling. Every evening will feature an exclusive five-course tasting menu, paired with a choice of premium or prestigious wines, expertly selected to complement and elevate each dish.
Curated by award-winning chef Nigel Haworth, Fusion 2 will explore the art of fusion cuisine by weaving British influences with international flair. Alongside the specially crafted menus and inspired wine pairings, the festival will offer intimate dining experiences where guests can engage with culinary legends and gain insight into the inspiration behind their creations. The week will conclude in style with a lively Jazz Brunch on Sunday, 19th October.
