01 July:                            Last Choir Singing

The Last Choir Singing Competition is open to all junior schools in Lancashire and is the brainchild of local businessman George Critchley, who wanted to give something back to a community that has supported his firm for the last 21 years. Last Choir is keen to raise awareness of singing in junior schools and to demonstrate that music education is alive and well in Lancashire.

We are all delighted with the success of the competition over the last 9 years and are thrilled to be entering our 10th year. Over the years lots of Lancashire schools and thousands of children have taken part. Let’s make this year’s final one of our best!

03 July:                            Rumours of Fleetwood Mac

Channelling the spirit of Fleetwood Mac at their very best, Rumours of Fleetwood Mac offers a unique opportunity for fans, both old and new, to rediscover the songs and performances that have ensured Fleetwood Mac’s place as one of the most loved groups of all time. 

04 July:                           Meat Loaf – The Keep on Rockin’ Tour

05 July:                           Lancashire Hits

Winter Gardens Blackpool invites students from Lancashire Dance Schools to perform at the Opera House. This gives the opportunity, for the children, to experience performing at the Opera House on a professional stage that has been home to many of the world’s biggest stars throughout the years.

05 July:                            IDTA Social Dance

IDTA is excited to invite you to the upcoming Social Dance event, an afternoon of dancing, socialising, and fun! Join us for a Social Dance afternoon from, 2–5 PM

06 July:                            Yorkshire Hits

Attention all dance enthusiasts and lovers of dazzling performances! Get ready to be swept off your feet as Winter Gardens Blackpool proudly presents an extraordinary event that will leave you spellbound. We are thrilled to invite you to witness the awe-inspiring talent of Yorkshire Dance Schools as they take the stage at the renowned Opera House. Prepare to be transported into a world of pure artistry and spectacle, as these young stars showcase their skills on the very same stage that has witnessed the magic of global icons throughout the years.

11 July:                            Jools Holland

The 20-piece Rhythm & Blues Orchestra features, at its helm, former Squeeze drummer, Gilson Lavis. Lavis has been drumming with Jools Holland for over 25 years, since their SQUEEZE days, with special guest Chris Difford and guest vocalists Ruby Turner, Louise Marshall and Sumudu Jayatilaka

As ever, Jools continues to dazzle, involve and impress audiences with his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra and their exuberant live performances.

12 July:                             Burn The Floor

2024 Strictly Come Dancing winner Dianne Buswell and 2023 winner Vito Coppola have come together to light up the stages across the country this summer with their sizzling new show ‘Dianne & Vito: Red Hot and Ready!

The dynamic duo bring their talent and passion to Red Hot and Ready! – a dance show-with-a-difference created by BAFTA award recipient and world-renowned choreographer Jason Gilkison. This is a dance Dream Team not to be missed!

13 July:                            James Bond Concert Spectacular

Q The Music’s James Bond Concert Spectacular is the world’s most critically acclaimed tribute to the music of James Bond.

The show features all the Bond songs such as Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever, Live and Let Die and Nobody Does It Better performed by musicians taken from the UK’s leading orchestras, sessions and shows. Caroline Bliss, who played Moneypenny in The Living Daylights and Licence To Kill, will guide you through the concert as compere, sharing the odd anecdote about her time working in this legendary series.

Formed in 2004 as the world’s first dedicated tribute to the music of 007, they have become known for their stirring emotional and adrenaline-fueled performances, mixed in with superb musicianship and flair. Every Bond fan club around the world recognises them as the finest performances of the songs since the originals.

14 July:                            Anton & Giovanni – Together Again

The nation’s favourite double act, Anton Du Beke and Giovanni Pernice, are Together Again in 2025 with a BRAND-NEW SHOW.

More fun, more dance, more song, and even more entertainment than ever before!

The show will be an enthralling experience for all ages, showcasing the duo’s incredible talents and irresistible chemistry on stage.

16 & 17 July:   In The Night Garden  

Igglepiggle, Upsy Daisy, Makka Pakka and friends are back in their fun-filled live show Igglepiggle’s Busy Day! Join Igglepiggle as he looks for his friends in the Night Garden by following their funny sounds until he finds them all!

You’ll see all your favourite characters beautifully brought to life with full-size costumes, magical puppets, and enchanting music. This show lasts just under an hour and your little ones will be amazed when they see a very special visit from the amazing flying Pinky Ponk.

18 July:                            Pink Floydian

Killing Time Events LTD proudly presents: Pink Floydian live at the iconic Blackpool Opera House.

Pink Floydian is an 8-piece tribute band dedicated to paying homage to the greatest progressive rock band of all time, Pink Floyd. Over the years, they have steadily built a reputation as one of the most authentic and captivating Pink Floyd tribute acts in the UK. Their attention to detail, both musically and visually, has earned them widespread praise from audiences and critics alike. 19 July:                            Celebrating Celine

The Ultimate Céline Dion tribute concert with an incredible full live band and starring the highly acclaimed vocalist, January Butler.

20 & 21 July:   Capital of Dance Workshops

Marlon “Swoosh” Wallen is the founder member of street dance crew Flawless. He is an international dancer, choreographer, and entrepreneur from London, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Marlon has gained worldwide recognition from Flawless’s iconic performances on Britain’s Got Talent, the smash hit films Street Dance 1 & 2, and major international tours.

Swoosh continues to shape the dance world, sharing his expertise globally through teaching, performing, judging, and mentoring with two days of exclusive workshops featuring foundation level choreography on day one and a day for professionals on day 2.

21 - 26 July:                   Chicago The Musical

CHICAGO, the “sexiest musical ever” (Metro) comes to Blackpool in July for 1 week only starring Strictly Come Dancing Professional Dancer and TV Star Janette Manrara (It Takes Two, Burn The Floor, Glee) as Roxie Hart and West End and TV star Darren Day (Joseph, We Will Rock You, Doctors, Celebrity Big Brother) as Billy Flynn.

Set amidst the razzle-dazzle decadence of the 1920s, CHICAGO is the story of Roxie Hart, a housewife and nightclub dancer who murders her on-the-side lover after he threatens to walk out on her. Desperate to avoid conviction, she dupes the public, the media and her rival cellmate, Velma Kelly, by hiring Chicago’s slickest criminal lawyer to transform her malicious crime into a barrage of sensational headlines, the likes of which might just as easily be ripped from today’s tabloids.

26 July:                            Drag Bingo

Get ready for a night of outrageous fun, fierce performances and fabulous prizes as Ivanna Drink and Shavorn Aborealis bring their high-energy Bingo night to Winter Gardens Blackpool!

This is not your grandma’s bingo! Expect three thrilling rounds of high-stakes bingo, side-splitting comedy, and a dazzling drag show from two of the most glamorous queens in the business. The evening wraps up with an after-show DJ to keep the party going late into the night.

29 July – August 2nd:   The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe

Step through the wardrobe into the magic kingdom of Narnia where a world of wonder awaits.
