Eight at Gazegill, the organic farm-to-table restaurant set within the stunning landscape of the Ribble Valley, is thrilled to announce that it has been named the winner of the ‘New Business’ category at the Ribble Valley Business Awards 2024.

This prestigious award celebrates the restaurant’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and exceptional dining, recognising Eight at Gazegill as a standout newcomer in the region’s vibrant hospitality scene.

Since opening, the restaurant has championed a farm-to-fork ethos, sourcing ingredients directly from its organic, family-run farm and the surrounding countryside, crafting menus inspired by the seasonal bounty of meadow, moorland, and hedgerow.

"Winning this award is an incredible honour and a testament to our team’s passion and dedication. Our mission has always been to create an authentic, sustainable dining experience that truly reflects the land around us. To be recognised for that in our first year is beyond rewarding," said Doug Crampton, Chef Patron at Eight at Gazegill.

The Ribble Valley Business Awards celebrate the region’s most outstanding businesses and organisations, highlighting those that contribute to making the Ribble Valley a hub of excellence, innovation, and community spirit. Eight at Gazegill is immensely proud to receive this accolade and looks forward to continuing its journey of sustainable, organic dining.
