A new food festival for Lancaster will take place on Friday 2nd JuneAround the World Food Festival will be the Dukes theatre’s first ever food festival, as they open their doors to celebrate food and tastes from around the world. 

With a focus on food suppliers from Lancaster & Lancashire the food festival will celebrate the diverse cuisines that can be found within our community with local favourites such as the Quarterhouse, Filberts Bakery, Pzazz Pizza, Nami Sushi, Talk About Tasty and Caribbean Cuisine joining Morecambe Bay Gin Distillery, Three Wheel Gin Co along with some Lancashire producers such as Bowes Dairy Produce, Carrington Coffee Co and lots more to create a food festival to tantalise the taste buds. 

The Food festival also celebrates this year's award-winning play in the park, Around The World In 80 Days, which will take place in Williamson Park from July 21st - August 27th, will be the first of its kind for the Dukes. 

Live Music and children’s activity packs will be available throughout the day, to keep everyone entertained whilst exploring the best food and drink that Lancaster & Lancashire has to offer. 

Around The World Food Festival takes place between 10.30 - 3.30 on Friday 2nd June at the Dukes theatre, Lancaster.

Tickets for the festival are free to book, tickets must be booked in advance from dukeslancaster.org or calling the Dukes Box office 01524 598 500. Limited tickets are available.
