Join us for the greatest pantomime ever told as Sleeping Beauty flies into Blackpool Grand Theatre from tomorrow (Friday 2 December) with an all-star cast. It’s a dream of a Christmas show for all the family!

Sleeping Beauty’s enchanting tale of magic, mayhem and misunderstandings stars TV sensation Hayley Tamaddon (Dancing on Ice, Emmerdale) sprinkling seasonal magic as the Good Fairy; top panto and stand-up comedy star Steve Royle as Silly Billy; Philip Meeks (Emmerdale, Heartbeat, Doctors) as Dame Nursie; award-winning actor and director Daniel Taylor as The King; Josh Belward (Skin Deep) as The Prince; Christina Meehan (Around The World In 80’s Days) as the Bad Fairy Carabosse and Maisie Sellwood making her professional debut as the beautiful Princess Rose, all live on the Grand Theatre’s famous stage.

The fantastic family pantomime at The Grand is always a laugh-a-minute extravaganza with stunning sets, top musical hits, amazing costumes and exciting special effects to keep audiences both young and old entertained!  It’s the perfect festive treat for all!

Once upon a time a beautiful Princess pricks her finger on a spindle wheel, which has been cursed by the evil Carabosse, on the eve of her 18th Birthday party. Can the Good Fairy's magical spell break the curse? The Princess can only be awoken by true love's kiss. Will she find her true love and live happily ever after?

Fly to Blackpool’s Grand Theatre and find out how the story ends…

Don’t forget – there’s also a Relaxed Performance of Sleeping Beauty on Wednesday 28 December as part of The Grand’s ongoing commitment to accessibility with all tickets at £17. There’s no need to be worried about making a noise, leaving and returning to your seat or accessing the toilets at any time during this special show, and there will be a chill-out space for patrons who may need a little time away from the fun. There will also be a few technical adjustments made to the performance, which include removing loud bangs, flashes and flashing lights, but without removing any of the fun!
