New Preston event space opens its doors

This is the historic site that was once home to restaurants run by award-winning and double Michelin-starred chef, Paul Heathcote. Paul, who lives in the Preston area, still owns the building and has converted the two large restaurants into one large venue for private hire to target the event market, accommodating weddings, celebrations, birthdays, business functions, or just one great party. The venue is even available for film & TV hire and PR launches, or practically anything you can think of.

23 Winckley has three rooms available for one, all exclusive use, and inclusive price. The venue also includes a beautiful cocktail bar, kitchen, clay pizza oven, entertainment stage, small dressing room, separate lavatories on both floors, and a private courtyard. The whole venue has a capacity of up to 300 people which is perfect for weddings, larger parties and events, or smaller celebrations and functions, and recommends great local partners from caterers, mixologists, pop-up bars, and room dressers, to entertainers and photographers, giving you control and the canvas for bringing your event to life. But if you’re looking for something a bit extra, you can bring in your own suppliers and create the event of your dreams.
