Some of Preston’s best venues have teamed up together to stage ‘Preston At Night Live’, a virtual day and night party on Saturday 25th April.

Spearheaded by Preston At Night, a brand managed by the city’s BID, the online event will feature 12-hours of eclectic music from DJ’s who regularly perform at the city’s most popular bars and clubs.  The DJ co-ordination is being led by city entertainer Brian Hudson, the man behind the Tokyo Jo’s Reunion events, who will also host the online broadcast.

A spokesperson for Preston BID said: “We’re all missing the atmosphere from Preston’s award-winning leisure scene during lockdown - but we’re committed to following the government’s advice whilst hoping we’ll be all be back together before too long”

“There have been some great live-streams from DJ’s and individual venues to date, but we think Preston will be the first destination to host a broadcast like this featuring multiple venues and performers from one city... literally a day or night out at your favourite venues, but online”.

The interactive livestream, which will feature requests and messages of support to people on the front line, begins at 2.00pm on Saturday 25th April and ends at 2.00am on the Sunday.

The event will be broadcast at Twitch.tv/PrestonAtNight – messages and requests can be sent via WhatsApp to: 07493 897671.

Produced with digital quality audio and visuals, the virtual party will also feature an exclusive mix from special-guest DJ StoneBridge who will be performing live at the city’s Prestfest event this September.
