A year inspired by the wild place that is the Forest of Bowland, and Lancashire - where the wild stories come from.

Date for your diary
Easter Sunday 12 April will see the launch of the Bowland Hare, a 3.6 m. sculpture in Corten Steel on the top of Nicky Nook, a small hill with great views across to Morecambe Bay and beyond, at Wyresdale Park near Scorton.
The hare, which has suffered a marked decline generally, is significant here as the unique environment of the Forest of Bowland continues to provide it a safe heaven.
