It’s here, the bank holiday weekend! Here in Lancashire there’s so many fab events and things to do across the county throughout the weekend.

Ribble Valley Jazz and Blues Festival 2 – 6 May
They have everything from top international stars to young musicians appearing for their very first time.

Day Out With Thomas™ 4 - 6 May
Calling all little engineers! Join Thomas, the number one blue engine, at the East Lancashire Railway for a train ride unlike any other.

Lancaster Food and Drink Festival 2018 4 – 6 May
Now in its 8th year, the festival is expected to attract thousands of locals, laying on 60 indoor and outdoor stalls, gazebos and marquees groaning with culinary goodness.

Live Music with Knotted - The Dog Inn, Belthorn – 4 May
Live music with Knotted, as part of their 10th Anniversary Tour. Set influences include Oasis, Ocean Colour Scene and Beautiful South.

Worsthorne & Hurstwood Scarecrow Festival 4 - 6  May
Have a lovely walk around the villages of Worsthorne and Hurstwood and view some weird, wacky and wonderful scarecrows. Saturday and Sunday includes stalls and childrens rides.

Garstang Walking Festival 2019 - 4 - 12 May
The 2019 Walking Festival is in its 15th year. Co-ordinated by the Friends of Garstang Walking Festival supported by Wyre Council. Enjoy 9 days of walks celebrating springtime.

Scorton Bikes and Barrows Festival 4 - 6 May
Tell family and friends to come to Scorton and look out for the decorated bicycles and wheelbarrows all around the village.

Alice in Farmland at Thornton Hall Country Park - 5 May

Annual Duck Race at Martin Mere - 6 May

Fun Dog Show at Samlesbury Hall – 6 May
