In You Are My Best Friend, both children fear injections, loneliness, and being judged. But as they compete to be brave, their fear gives way to laughter, adventure, and companionship. Together, they transform hospital corridors into playgrounds, create masterpieces from bedsheets and jam, and remind us all that true friendship can make even the hardest times joyful.
