Visit Fairhaven Lake in celebration/commemoration of the 80 years of peace that so many members of our local communities fought for so many years ago.
It is a celebration of the 80th anniversary of VE Day which marked the end of the war in Europe on 8 May 1945.
With a stage area set up on the event lawn near the spitfire memorial, there will be music and speeches from 18:30, including from the Bluebirds who are no stranger to the Lytham 1940s Weekend, and Mr Winston Churchill with his famous Victory in Europe speech.
