Dick Whittington sets off for London to make his fortune with his faithful friend Tommy the cat. Unknown to Dick the King Rat has the desire to take over London Town and make it his own. On reaching London Dick is taken in by Sarah the cook who works in the Sweet shop. Dick falls in love with the Alderman's daughter "Alice" but the King Rat had to get rid of Dick and Tommy the cat if he is ever going to take over London Town. Dick is falsely accused of stealing from the sweet shop and is banished from London only returning when he hears the sound of Fairy Tinkle Bells voice telling him to return and search out the King Rat.
With Fairy Tinkle Bells watching over them Dick, Alice, Tommy the cat and Sarah the Cook set sail in pursuit of King Rat to the island of Treasure.
With up tempo music, dance routines, beautiful set and costumes this is sure to be the only pantomime to see this summer.
