The line-up for Lancashire’s award-winning gourmet festival, Obsession, has been announced and once again it promises to be the hottest ticket in the culinary calendar, with a host of Michelin starred chefs and some of the biggest names in European gastronomy travelling to Langho in the Ribble Valley.
