As Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee is celebrated, The Atkinson are welcoming all little visitors to join them on the museum landing for an arts and craft session. You will be making giant stamps, you can do a self portrait or use a template and design your own queen. No booking is required as these are drop in sessions. All craft equipment will be provided.
In celebration of Her Majesty The Queen's Platinum Jubilee, The Atkinson are also displaying items from their collection on the Landing Gallery. The display includes paintings by William Dring, commemorative china and newspaper cuttings from The Queen's visit to Southport. Southport Library is also taking part in the The Big Jubilee Read, celebrating 70 great books from across the Commonwealth.
