Many Fredheads will remember Teilhard's previous appearances at Grateful Fred's as a member of the brilliant, "Shhesum, Lotus and Son", who performed on three occasions in the early days of Grateful Fred's.
Well, we are delighted to welcome back Teilhard in his own right.
For anyone unfamiliar with Teilhard's music he is an outstanding Canadian multi-instrumentalist and instrument maker who specialises in traditional Appalachian old-time music.
Teilhard's latest solo recording, "As the Crow Flies", is a collection of traditional music found in the Appalachian highlands.
The songs have strong ties to the British Isles while the fiddle tunes draw on ancient Scandinavian and northern Scottish modal settings and tunings, conjuring a feeling of mystery and drama.
