Taking a break from touring with Ruby Wax, Gelong Thubten joins us to instil his wisdom on how to achieve happiness in the 21st century. He became a Buddhist monk 26 years ago, has studied under some of the world's most accomplished meditation teachers and has spent over 6 years in intensive retreats. He has been teaching for over 20 years and is a world pioneer in the mindfulness movement. A Monk's Guide to Happiness has already become a number one bestseller.
