Heysham Nature Reserve is a great site to get close to wildlife so why not join in on the family walk, where experts will help you find and identify lots and lots of insects.
Join in and spend time outdoors at Heysham Nature Reserve to explore the mini world of insects. Essential to life, these minibeasts are a joy to find and even better to observe. Equipment is provided and all you will have to do is come prepared for all weathers.
Please note:
This session takes place in an outdoor location on the reserve and around the reserve so you are advised to bring suitable outdoor clothing and footwear for the weather conditions. Supervision of children is required at all times. Toilet facilities are available.
