Relaxed performance: Saturday 13 December, 13:00/Sunday 28 December, 13:00.
This performance is for anyone who would benefit from a more relaxed environment in the Theatre. Feel free to move around, make noise and leave and re-enter as necessary. Adaptations will be made to the performance and low lighting will be kept in the auditorium. Ear defenders are available to borrow free of charge. Further information will be available closer to the show date, including a visual story that clearly illustrates what to expect during your visit to the pantomime.
Captioned performance: Tuesday 23 December, 19:00.
Working with Stagetext to provide this captioned performance. Stagetext are a deaf-led charity, passionate about making culture accessible to all. Captioned performances have text on screens at the front of the auditorium so that deaf and hard of hearing, or anyone that would like to read along, can also enjoy the performance. Customers who are intending to use the captions are advised to sit in rows J-X. Captions will be presented on screens, mounted either side of the stage. Captions are one colour of text for all script but do distinguish the characters by using their names in every line.
Wheelchair places: available at all performances.
Four wheelchair places are available at the rear of the auditorium on row U. These seats are available to book at the box office, subject to availability.
Visually impaired seating: all performances. Seating is recommended on row D8 - D15 for audience members who are visually impaired but will not bring an assistance dog with them, subject to availability. The team are happy to suggest more suitable seating when accompanied by an assistance dog.
