These wines are the special selections of Managing Director & wine connoisseur, Craig Bancroft.
Your evening will commence with a refreshing glass of Louis Roederer 243 Collection champagne and a selection of snacks. Adding a touch of magic, live cameras will transport you straight into the heart of the bustling kitchen, offering a behind-the-scenes look into the culinary craftsmanship involved. As you settle down at your table, prepare to experience the harmonious interplay of the summer gourmet menu and the wine flight. Through the course of the evening, you'll hear firsthand from Lisa about the creative process behind the menu, and from Craig about how the wine selections enhance these culinary creations.
You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Lisa in a Q&A session, quenching your curiosity about her culinary inspirations and techniques, and take home a keepsake of a signed menu to remember your gastronomic adventure.

From the west. Leave the M6 at Junction 31 and follow signs for Skipton and Clitheroe and at the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto the A59, still signposted Skipton and Clitheroe and continue straight on at the roundabout at Mellor, for eight miles. Immediately before the large roundabout at Langho, turn left into Northcote Road and Northcote Manor is facing you. From the east Follow the M65 to Junction 6 and take the third exit from the roundabout, the A6119 by-pass. Continue for approximately two miles and turn right at the Brownhill roundabout towards Clitheroe, A666. Continue for four miles to the large roundabout at Langho, take the first exit and turn first right into Northcote Road and Northcote Manor is facing you.

It has its own railway station with regular services. Cars can also be rented from the airport and the journey time by road is around 25 minutes.
