The Nateby and Stakepool Round
The Nateby and Stakepool Round is 16 miles long and should take in the region of 2 hours to complete. Generally, it consists of on road flat terrain which explores the local country lanes and hamlets of Over Wyre to the west of Garstang. It has excellent views of Bowland fells on the return. It is ideal for families and those wishing to increase their distance on minor country lanes.

In addition to Garstang centre; drinks, snacks and toilets are available in Stakepool at the Elletsons Arms, Post Office and Spar shop.
