The open plan self catering cottages, with bed decks, individually named after native trees, are ultra modern, bright and spacious. Each feature a fully equipped kitchen, with a garden area to enjoy directly outside the cottages.
They also have a number of en-suite rooms to aid the over flow of larger families and groups, or simply for individual travellers. Theyoffer free high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking.
The beautiful modern rooms offer en-suite bathrooms, mini fridges, and tea/coffee making facilities. They also provide a complimentary 'picnic' breakfast for the en-suite rooms.
They have just added a couple of 1 and 2 bed cottages for those requiring separate rooms.
The games room is a great rainy day spot for the kids and adults alike, with table tennis, snooker, and a pool table. A well stocked library of books and dvds means there is always something to do to relax. There is a small gift shop sited in the games room with jewellery, toys, mugs etc.
The island is the stunning BBQ area, exclusively for the use of guests. Surrounded by a babbling brook and wild flowers, the island is a wonderful space to kick back and take in the countryside and ponder the day, with a fire pit and benches for guests to sit and enjoy evening barbeques, whilst listening to the sound of sausages sizzling and the stream gliding by. The tree over hanging the brook provides ample ambiance with strings of white garland lights making the whole site look beautiful.
A convenience store is located at the end of the road. Grocery deliveries can be arranged and put into your accommodation prior to arrival as required.
Well-placed for hiking, cycling and horse riding on the nearby Mary Towneley Loop. You will also find a slew of country walks all winding through the rolling hillocks and reservoirs of the Rossendale Valley. Rossendale Holidays offers hill views from the property. The local pub is a 10-minute walk away, offering traditional home cooked meals.
