Set in the Ribble Valley, Longridge House is a boutique country venue with a choice of spaces to suit every style of wedding.  From intimate private dining rooms and elegant ceremony settings to open gardens and a restaurant designed for celebration, the house offers flexibility as well as character.

From your first viewing to your first dance, you’ll be guided by your dedicated wedding coordinator.  Menu tastings, planning meetings and quiet reassurances, available for every detail, so you can focus on what matters most.  Choose a summer garden wedding surrounded by birdsong or a winter gathering by the fire.  

With 23 bedrooms on site, the party doesn’t have to end when the lights dim.  The morning after, gather your closest people around the breakfast table to relive the joy, the laughter and the little moments that made it yours.  Easily reached in under an hour from Manchester, Longridge House combines countryside stillness with convenience, making it a setting that feels both memorable and effortless.  A quiet kind of unforgettable.

The Bridal Prep Cottage offers a private cottage tucked away from the main house, just for the bride and her closest friends: a cosy overnight stay with a light-filled prep room that’s been designed around hair, make-up and those slow, memorable moments before you walk down the aisle.

Every wedding at Longridge House is bespoke.  Beginning with a conversation to understand your ideas, priorities and the feeling you want to create.  From there, your wedding coordinator will help you shape a day that’s truly yours.  Offering four wedding packages Classic, Fire Feast, Signature and Indulgent, each designed to give you a beautiful starting point.  And if none feel quite right, an entirely bespoke package will be built around you.  From light-filled rooms to garden vows beneath the arch, your ceremony can feel as intimate or as grand as you wish.  The venuw is fully licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, with spaces that flow beautifully through the day, from The Library to The Garden Room, or out onto the lawns for an al fresco 'I do'.

Longridge House believe food should be as memorable as the setting.  Whether you’d like bold street food and small plates, an elegant dinner served by candlelight, or the theatre of the fire feast with wood-roasted centrepieces and generous platters.  Design a menu that fits your day perfectly.  Every dish is crafted in-house using the best local ingredients.  From relaxed grazing tables to elegant wedding breakfasts and late-night wood-fired pizzas, everything is made to share, savour and enjoy.
