Welcome to the Wonderful World of Wine tasting looking at Italy. Italy is a nation that loves its food and accompanies it with many exciting wines. Some of the best are produced in the big three regions – Tuscany, Piedmont and Veneto. Barolo, Amarone and Chianti are amongst the famous wine names we'll discover from these classic regions. But what of the lesser known regions, deicious crisp white from Marches in the east, soft juicy warming reds Puglia or Sicily in the South. With hundreds of grape varieties to choose from the Italians have plenty of scope to excite your tastebuds!
