John, owner and expert plantsman, will go into detail about what to do in your garden, broken down into each month of the year. He'll provide verbal information, use physical props, and perform some demos, providing you with the knowledge and know-how for a successful twelve months in your garden or outdoor spaces.
Topics include:
Gardening tips, tricks, and tasks from January through to December.
Planning and preparation for the seasons ahead.
Garden maintenance and cleanup.
Pruning, deadheading, cutting back and tending to plants.
Soil preparation, mulching, and fertilisation.
Weed management, disease and pest control.
Planting and propagation. When and how.
Watering methods, management, and schedules.
Winter planning, protection and tasks.
Garden review. What worked and what didn't to guide next year's plans.
