Tour: Witchcraft 1612

How did a number of poor folk, living in the shadow of Pendle Hill in East Lancashire, end up incarcerated at Lancaster Castle and at the centre of one of England's most high profile witch trials?  Find out more on one of the Witchcraft 1612 guided walks.

These tours, conducted by an Institute of Tourist Guiding Blue Badge Guide, depart from Lancaster Castle's main entrance, the John O'Gaunt Gatehouse, and end around two hours later on Moor Lane.
