To reach Williamson Park by car, leave the M6 at jct 33 or 34 and follow the signs for Lancaster City Centre. Once in the city follow signs for 'Ashton Memorial' or 'Butterfly House'.
There are three buses that can be boarded at Lancaster bus station or Common Garden Street. The bus number 8C leaves at 27 minutes past every hour and takes 5 minutes to arrive at Williamson Park and bus number 8A leaves at 3 minutes before every hour and takes around 20 minutes to arrive at Williamson Park, available Monday to Saturday. No buses on Sundays.Bus 18 runs every 2 hours from 09.10 from the bus station and Common Garden Street, Monday to Saturday.Taxis are available Monday to Sunday. (01524 32090 01524 848848)
