Santa’s Christmas Journey takes you on an adventure through the North Pole and into Santa’s home. You’ll pick up treats along the way and meet the big man himself. Finish the adventure with a virtual reality magical sleigh ride, through Lapland and on to the South Pole. This new enchanted experience, for the whole family to enjoy, will last around 20 minutes per family group.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
A journey through 5 magical areas (Tunnel of Lights, The North Pole, Santa’s Home, Lapland and The South Pole), a travel bag to collect treats along the way, a chance to chat with Santa, a virtual reality ride on Santa’s Sleigh, and entertainers to walk you through the experience. A donation of £2 from each child’s ticket will be made to one of the following charities during the experience. The charities to choose from are; Great Ormond Street, Cancer Research UK, Children in Need, WWF, or Save the Children.
COVID19 SAFETY RULES & REFUND POLICY
• Hand sanitiser is compulsory for all guests on arrival.
• All guests aged 11 and over must wear a face covering at all times throughout the experience.
• Please observe social distancing guidelines with Father Christmas and his elves at all times.
• The VR Sleigh Ride and headsets will be thoroughly sanitised after every use.
• Santa’s Christmas Journey tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact santa@bartongrange.co.uk and state your booking reference.
• If anyone in your party develops Covid-19 symptoms, DO NOT attend your appointment. Please inform us in advance for a full refund using the email santa@bartongrange.co.uk
• If government guidance changes and Santa’s Christmas Journey can no longer go ahead, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued.

(Babies under 2 can attend free of charge when attending with a paying child aged 2+. Please bear in mind that there are elements of the journey, such as the VR Sleigh Ride and treats, that aren’t suitable for babies.)
