Now’s the time to embrace you. Join the first ever love fest.
Valentine's Day is traditionally associated with celebrating love between couples, but this year Wellbeing Farm really want to focus on loving yourself. So, The Wellbeing Farm and Roots to Wellbeing Holistic Health Events are combining forces to create Love Fest, an opportunity to celebrate you and a fabulous opportunity to practice self-love and self-care and to be your own valentine.
There will be four main themes:
Love - self love, self care, self acceptance, self respect and self appreciation.
Open - hearted. Connecting with your emotions and spirituality.
Vitality. Love for your health and well-being.
Energy. Love for the universe.
Visit and join for a day to love you, be your own valentine and balance your well-being in mind, body, and spirit. Treat yourself from a range of fabulous stalls and indulge in a cocktail or a slice of cake. Reflect and enjoy the lovely views from the farm while you take a moment to write a journal love letter to yourself. By reflecting on who you are, what you’ve achieved and the progress you’ve made in life. Experience activities that make you happy. Join in an activity, dance and listen to live music. Nurture by spending the day doing things that nurture your well-being: such as reiki, Ayurveda, energy healing, meditation, mingle with a llama or attend a motivational talk.
Attend by yourself or with loved ones, friends and family who support and love you. Strengthening those meaningful connections. Most of all, celebrate the love you have for yourself and be your own valentine.
