Lancashire Game and Country Festival

This fabulous event – a diary fixture for the North West's countryside enthusiasts – just gets bigger and better every year. The emphasis is very much on 'having a go' whether you are a newcomer to country sports or a seasoned professional. The event features fly fishing, clay pigeon shooting, Horse Show, Gundog Scurries, Dog shows and there's lots of local artisan produce to sample and buy as well as a Food Theatre and fantastic top-brand fashions.

Main Arena demonstrations this year are headlined by Jonathan Marshall and his spectacular horse and birds of prey, as well as the Imperial Bird of Prey Academy, ferret and terrier racing and visits by local horse and hound packs. A ringside VIP marquee is available on both days, featuring a fizz reception and gourmet lunch.

Ticket prices to be confirmed. Under 10's-free. Free Parking. Weekend camping options available.
