Join us for a Pie & Pea supper while Lancashire Folk Band, Douglass and Moss perform traditional and original folk music based on the history and landscape of the North of England. Combining working class Victorian ballads and traditional Northern English tunes with new songs and music rooted in the tradition.
Douglas and Moss are a folk duo known for uncommon passion, grace, and sensitivity. The pair, Rebecca Clare Douglas and Richard Moss, met performing with Mike Harding and discovered a shared musical connection that blossomed into a unique artistic partnership. Steeped in the rich folk tradition the duo weave a captivating blend of both traditional and original tunes and songs.
Hailing from diverse backgrounds, Douglas, a classically trained violinist with a love for traditional music, and Moss, a skilled guitarist with a warm singing voice, weave their talents together to create a sound rich in both technical mastery and genuine emotion, enchanting audiences with their artistry.
