This swingin' 60s show features hit songs by Gerry & The Pacemakers, The Beatles, The Searchers, Cliff & The Shadows, Elvis Presley, Ike & Tina Turner, Dusty Springfield, The Merseybeats, The Swingin' Blue Jeans and The Hollies. Plus many more classic 60s hits.
Gary Murphy has worked closely with many of the Merseybeat legends including Gerry Marsden (The Pacemakers), Mike McCartney (Scaffold), Mike Pender's (Searchers), Tony Crane, Billy Kinsley (The Merseybeats) and Ray Ennis (The Swingin' Blue Jeans), James Burton (Elvis Presley), Pete Best and Dave Berry (The Cruisers). Gary Murphy also tells personal anecdotes of his times performing live with the Merseybeat stars. The show features special guest artists.
