Fusion is back at The Three Fishes – and it’s bigger than ever! The Three Fishes in Mitton, has announced the return of its highly anticipated food festival, Fusion! From 13th–19th October 2025, over seven nights, six standout chefs will each take over the kitchen, presenting their own unique tasting menu with expertly paired wines. It’s a week-long celebration of flavour, creativity, and collaboration – designed to showcase some of the most exciting talent in food. The Three Fishes is led by renowned chef patron Nigel Haworth, and Fusion 2 promises to build on last year’s success with an unforgettable lineup.
