Dark Dukes: Ghost Story Writing Workshop

Ever wanted to write stories to chill and thrill your readers?  Then, this workshop is for you.  Join writer and theatre-maker Adam Z. Robinson (The Book of Darkness & Light, Shivers and Upon the Stair) as he guides you through this fun, productive and spooky workshop, aimed at beginners and experienced writers alike.  Through a series of writing exercises, you'll look at ways into your own thrilling and ghostly short stories, developing your skills as a writer along the way.

Whether you've written a hundred novels or never put pen to paper before, this workshop is all you need to unleash your inner ghost story writer.

Dark Dukes is a new festival for Lancaster, launching this Halloween and celebrating all things disturbing and spooky.  Across five days, the festival will showcase an array of contemporary and classic horror films.
