Be inspired to have a go at writing inside the stunning setting of Gawthorpe Hall on this creative writing workshop.
The afternoon will start with a special guided tour of the lovely rooms, stunning furnishings and treasures such as the 1660s embroidered Bourne Casket and life of the family that lived at Gawthorpe Hall. Then you can let your creativity flow in a welcoming writing workshop led by our friendly, creative writer Maureen Fenton, where you can weave your own imaginative story in prose or poetry.
Whether you already write or want to get started, there will be hints, tips and ideas to inspire you. Plus, tea, coffee and biscuits included for some extra inspiration.
